Energy Transition Plan for Inishbofin Island

KRA Renewables has been working on the creation of An Island-Wide Energy Transition Plan for Inishbofin Island. The project requires an Island-Level and building-level analysis of Inishbofin. Both are closely interlinked, as upgrade works on households and commercial entities can significantly impact demand at an island level and vice-versa. This includes considering utility-scale energy solutions, green transportation options, and energy storage will play a central role in balancing and controlling the entire energy network.
