Hibernia Real Estate Group have engaged with KRA Renewables on several occasions to gain advice on improving sustainability, reducing energy bills, and minimising carbon emissions across their property portfolio. After each energy audit, a comprehensive report was issued that detailed opportunities for cost optimisation using a techno-economic modelling process. The audit of their building at Central Quay included three alternate designs for a recommended roof-mounted solar PV array consisting of a dual-tilted, east-west ballasted system. Of the three options provided in the Solar PV Feasibility Study, the most significant capacity design was selected for Central Quay. After that, KRA Renewables undertook a Project Management role during the system installation.
