Sandford Park School

KRA Renewables conducted an energy audit of Sandford Park School's Classroom and Science Blocks, identifying energy usage patterns and opportunities for cost savings. Following the energy audit report, KRA acted as the project manager for their grant application process and the implementation of recommended measures, including installing wall insulation and a roof-mounted solar PV designed for optimal performance by the solar engineering team and using heat pumps and smart heating controls to reduce energy usage and costs. In addition, water-saving upgrades were made by replacing the existing handbasin taps with low-pressure mixed basin units. These works improved the building's thermal performance, energy efficiency.
